ISO 9001 Manufacturing

1. We check the incoming materials according to strict AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards.
2. The production process is executed according to SOP (Standard Operation Procedure), and all of our workers wear electrostatic rings.
3. During the production process, our IPQC (Input Process Quality Control) will be inspected in a circle.
4. Our QA (Quality Assurance) will make a test for the finished light fixtures, make sure everything is fine before packing.

Strictly Control Every Detail

• Apply UV glue after tightening the screws, double reinforce to prevent safety risks caused by loose screws;

• The products have been debugged with constant current and voltage in our factory. So that the performance will be more stable.

• Conduct 2000V withstand voltage test on the wires and casing to see if they will easily puncture or cause leakage.
• Make a ground test to check the insulation to prevent electric shock. The higher the insulation level, the safer it is.
• Waterproof test to check the waterproof performance of the LED outdoor lights.
• Aging test for 12 – 24 hrs to make sure the light fixtures are of good quality.

Punctual Delivery

Our montly output is more than 3000pcs. Usually the delivery time is 3 – 5 work days. For the bulk order or customized products, welcome to ask our sales for exact delivery time.

We provide 5 – 10 years warranty for our LED floodlight, sports lights, LED high bay light, LED street light, etc. Within the free warranty period, under the proper use, we will repaire or replace new one for you for free. All the bad parts which are confirmed are needed to send back to us for analysing and improving, we will bear the back freight charge.

If it is not in the scope of free warranty or exceeds the free warranty period, HYH Lighting also provides pay-needed maintenance service according to the actual situation. Any problem with products, please contact us (or the agents). We will try our best to solve the problem within the shortest time.
